Process
We offer our clients a wide array of graphic design services, and for each one we follow a process that helps us identify what you will need for your unique project. See below for details on each phase of our process.
Phase 1: Research Analysis
This phase usually starts off with a lot of discussion so we can properly analyze where you want to go with this project. We usually request that you fill out something called a creative brief. This will allow us identify your needs. Once we've gathered all of the proper data, we can then start to analyze what would be the best solution to your design problem based on the information you've provided and also provide you with a project estimate. We research a number of things like your target market, audience, and determine what image would be best suited to attract their attention. This is when we move into our next phase...
Phase 2: Concept Design
Once research is done, it’s time to start designing. We sketch, draw, and "concept", all of the possible directions where we could take your project - no stone is left unturned here. Finally, it is narrowed down to 2-3 of the options that we believe will provide you with your desired outcome. These are the concepts that are polished to be directly presented to you and you choose the one you feel is the best fit. From there, we work with you to perfect the chosen design and finish the piece making sure everything is to your satisfaction. Once you feel the piece is there, we move into our final phase.
Phase 3: Final Development
This is the production process. If it's a website, this is the phase where your design is programmed for the web. If it's for print, this is the time to check copy for brochure's and booklets, making sure everything’s perfect before it goes out to press. We can work with printers and web hosting companies to make sure that each project is completed on time and within your budget.
